Dr. Helmut Endres, executive director of powertrain development for the entire VW Group has announced the new 2005/2006 VW PD-TDI Engine Line up:
Three Cylinder TDI – 1.4-liter turbo 75BHP
Four Cylinder – 2-liter nonturbo 74BHP,turbo 138BHP and 175BHP
Five Cylinder – R5-2.5-liter turbo 174BHP
Six Cylinder – V-6 killed off by in-line 5
Eight Cylinder – 4-liter V-8 270BHP
Ten Cylinder – 5-liter V-10 330BHP with a forthcoming 400BHP+ on the way
Anyone know more info? Is this true?
